Part Time Office Administrator

We are looking to hire a part time Office Administrator for the Park Ridge office.
15-20 hrs. per week / Expected rate: $12 per hour
Job Requirements:
4 to 5 Days per week
Onsite at Park Ridge, NJ Office
Should have own transportation
Education: High School diploma or higher
Professional and trustworthy
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Writer/Reader skills
Internet research skills
Document printing, scanning and organizing
On-Boarding of New Hires
Coordinating with Law office for all immigration issues
Answering Phones
Managing office supplies inventory
Managing maintenance and cleaning of company owned apartments
Organizing transportation and hotel/dining reservations
Organizing office events
Communicating with offshore team
Sorting daily mail
Payments of bills
