Offshore Technical Recruiter
Multiple Sr. and Jr. Recruiter's positions
Work Location : NAVI MUMBAI and JAIPUR India.
Work Hours US EST timings (6.00 PM IST- 3.00AM IST)
We are looking to hire Senior and Junior Technical recruiters to expand our offshore recruiting team. Candidate must have required qualification , experience and education to perform this role and responsibility. Responsible for sourcing, identifying, qualifying and submitting candidates that are a technical match for job openings and fall within the scope on client requirements
Manage the relationship with candidates from the initial conversation throughout the duration of their contract. These candidates could be W-2 Salaried employees, W-2 Hourly employees, candidates from preferred vendor network (Corp-to-Corp.), or OPT/GC/Citizen/H1B
Responsible for building pipelines of potential, current and previous contractor for job openings that fit their credentials. This can be done through Application Tracking System (ATS), social media, job boards, blogs, face-to-face meeting, planned phone conversations, email, etc.
Responsible for qualifying required job related skill-sets, salary negotiations, interview preparation, interview debriefings, networking, reference checks, handling Visa related issues, candidate on-boarding, etc.
Work directly with the Manager of Recruiter and Account Executives on a daily basis to establish day-to-day priorities and any issues pertaining to the recruitment
Negotiate candidate's contracts and terms of employment
Work during US EST timings and talk to candidates in the US
Manage cold calling for open positions and build new accounts
Should have understanding and relevant experience in US IT recruitment especially contract hiring
Skills and Qualifications:
5 years of recruitment experience + must have experience in candidate recruitment in Information Technology
Results proved successful in recruiting / hiring.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and negotiation skills
Strong work ethic, professional presentation combined with highest standards of excellence
Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively (listening / comprehension)
Mature, dynamic and collaborative spirit and positive team
Ability to achieve the goals and expectations of hiring, to prioritize, to multi-task and meet established deadlines
Ability to work in an environment that changes rapidly
Good knowledge of Jobseeker Screening System (ATS)
Must travel on own vehicle
Available date to join at given location
Current employer name, location and working hours
Required notice period, in case hired for this role
Current CTC in Indian rupees, commissions and benefits in detail

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
