JOB
Responsibilities:
Developing post-processor programs between Esprit and our CNC lathes to assist in our machining processes.
Develop, optimize, and maintain program templates and tools / fixtures libraries to expedite CAD-to-Production process, while increasing our machining process efficiency and accuracy for our tight-tolerance consumables.
Perform first part run off; ensuring machine acceptance
Perform machine programming per customer specifications
Phone support for troubleshooting; daily and heavy at times
Will be trained on applications tasks and responsibilities.
Travel required; typically same day to assist customers.
Occasionally overnight or two day stays required

Qualifications:

Set up and operate CNC Takamaz, Hass, F100 and Miyano machines.
Must be able to read blue prints and use the necessary measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, comparator, etc.)
Must be flexible and have good communications skills and be self-motivated.
Must be knowledgeable of applicable safety requirements pertaining to the operation of CNC machinery.
Must understand programming requirements; be able to make necessary corrections to programs.
Must be able to read blue prints, follow work order and verbal instructions, and be familiar with Siemens or Fanuc controls.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
