Treasury Manager - Capital Markets

General Responsibilities
The Manager, Capital Markets will primarily assist with the execution of the Company's capital markets transactions. The role will be responsible for providing support in the development, implementation and on-going administration of the Company's financing arrangements in the U.S., primarily in the rental car asset-backed securitization market. The position will report directly to the Senior Director, Capital Markets.
Key Job Functions
Support all aspects of the corporate and securitization financing process, including development of financing structures, analysis of collateral data, due diligence and review of legal documentation
Participate in dialogue with external partners such as investment banks, rating agencies, legal counsel and accountants on transaction-related issues
Provide analytical support to assist in the financing decision-making process, including modeling the liquidity and P&L impacts of different financing alternatives
Assist with the on-going administration of the Company's financing calculation engines and reporting models
Work with Corporate FP&A to implement financing assumptions into long-range forecast model, 13-week cash flow forecast and to analyze variances to prior forecasts
Support on-going efforts to ensure compliance with debt covenants and reporting requirements
Enhance and maintain Treasury tools to track investor participation and secondary trading
Work with various internal groups on transaction-related processes and special projects
Mandatory Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree
MBA/CFA or equivalent desired
Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking or similar corporate finance experience within a company's Treasury group required
Experience in structured finance and asset-backed securitization strongly preferred
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Creative problem solving abilities
Highly organized, productive and poised under pressure
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
